Always a favorite for breakfast--it's Perkins, only 1,000 times better. They have all your standard breakfast classics like French toast, eggs bene, etc, but most of them have fun and delicious twists. They also have delicious adult bevs like mimosas and different flavors of bloodies. I tried the cinnamon roll this time, and it was SO fluffy and delicious. It's definitely sharing size, though, so definitely split it with a friend. The only thing that's been "meh" has been the service. It's never really been bad, but also never really good. In their defense, I've always been when it's been near capacity, so I can't reasonably expect top-notch service. Either way, definitely go!
Special of the day was prime rib & eggs. Very tasty. Buttery golden hashbrowns. Excellent Bloody Mary! Server was friendly. Place was clean. Busy, which is always a good sign. Had a 15 minute wait, which went fast and was probably closer to 10 minutes.
We went there for a late lunch, with 8 of us it as easy to get seated mid day. We had a combination of wraps, sandwiches, burgers and wings. Music and atmosphere were great and the view outstanding. The patio will be great once the weather warms up a little. We were there about 2 and just missed their amazing breakfast.
This is our go to Sunday breakfast place. Nice views. Often a short wait but worth it. You can also choose to eat at the bar. In summer, outdoor seating also available. Good choice of unique dishes along with the standard breakfast fare. Good sized portions. I have tried much of the menu and never been disappointed. Shown here is the Fire Roasted Peaches French toast. If you don't see the exact combo you're looking for just ask, they'll put anything together for you. Service is a tad slow (it is a busy place) but friendly and willing to help. Parking can be a challenge might need to park up the street a ways.
Mikaela made our experience even more great than it was. She was very friendly & attentive. This was the first time here. Good variety of selections of food. I chose the East Coast Chicken sandwich with a side of cottage cheese. Very good sandwich. My friend had one of the specials of the day which was a cod sandwich with steak black bean soup. She loved it. Beautiful view across from the restaurant & you can also enjoy outdoor seating. Decor inside is cute too.
The steak 2 tender and delicious... He ate the whole skillet, I don't remember which one, verifying It's deliciousness... Quaint restaurant....
I saw my past review and felt the need to update. My dad's and I go here for breakfast almost every single Saturday. We know most of the staff and always get a friendly greeting and great service. The food is always wonderful. My only complaint is man, this place gets loud! Even so, it's one of my favorite spots, which is a COMPLETE turn around from what I experienced with my review several years ago.
Great place for food & drinks. Great menu selections for both. Staff was friendly & helpful. Cheese curds were great as were the burgers & wings. Definitely would recommend to folks visiting the area. Very neat & clean.
